# Terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of [venuex.io](https://venuex.io) (the website), run by VenueX Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. (VenueX, we) to present its services. The website is meant for business users. How we process personal data is explained in our [Privacy policy](https://venuex.io/privacy), our [KVKK notice](https://venuex.io/tr/kvkk) and our [Cookie policy](https://venuex.io/cookies). Analytics cookies depend only on the choice you make in the cookie banner, not on these terms.

## 1\. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Changes apply from the date at the top and only to use of the website after that date.

## 2\. The website and the live demo

The website gives general information about VenueX and is not an offer. Results in the success stories are those of the named customers, with their own periods and methods, and are not a promise of results. The live demo at [demo.venuex.io](https://demo.venuex.io) is run by VenueX with demo data.

## 3\. Availability

We try to keep the website available, but access may be interrupted, for example by maintenance or by network problems.

## 4\. Links to other websites

The website links to websites run by others, such as the platforms we work with. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.

## 5\. Intellectual property

The website's text, design, product screens and the VenueX name and logo belong to VenueX. Do not copy or republish them without our written permission, except as the law allows. Third-party trademarks and logos, including our customers' and those of Google, Apple, Meta, Yandex and TikTok, belong to their owners. The photos listed under Photo credits are used under the licences shown there and may be reused under those licences.

## 6\. Acceptable use

Do not try to disrupt the website or its security, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

## 7\. Liability

To the extent the law allows, VenueX is not liable for damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the website. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence (Turkish Code of Obligations Article 115) or any liability the law does not allow us to exclude.

## 8\. Disclosure to authorities

We disclose information to public authorities only when the law requires it.

## 9\. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For disputes between merchants, the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. Mandatory jurisdiction rules, including consumer rules, are not affected.

## 10\. Severability

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
