# Solutions by team

VenueX is software and an operating team for multi-location retailers. It keeps store details correct on Google, Apple Maps, Meta and Yandex, helps teams reply to Google reviews, sends store stock to Google and Meta, and sends store sales to Google Ads, Meta and TikTok. This page lists each team's questions, answers, numbers, proof and module.

## Digital and performance marketing

### Do our ads sell in stores?

The brand sends a daily store sales file from its POS or CRM: hashed email, phone and name, sale value, store code and time. Basket lines are optional. At the start, VenueX can send up to 90 days of past sales. VenueX uploads the sales to Google Ads, Meta and TikTok every day through their official APIs. The platforms do the matching. VenueX then shows offline ROAS next to online ROAS by platform, campaign, store and region, where the platform supports it.

### Which campaigns only look weak online?

The campaign report shows online ROAS and offline ROAS for each campaign. A team can check the store result before it pauses a campaign. The team makes the budget decision.

### Is our customer data safe?

The brand hashes email addresses, phone numbers and names with SHA-256 before sending them. VenueX does not receive raw contact data.

- Reports: offline ROAS, online ROAS, store sales, store visits.
- The brand provides: the daily sales file, access to its Google Ads, Meta and TikTok ad accounts, and its legal sign-off under KVKK.
- Proof: Koçtaş connected in-store sales from 263 stores to its Google and Meta campaigns. Offline ROAS was 4.6× online ROAS. Store visits grew 112%. [Read the Koçtaş story](https://venuex.io/success-stories/koctas).
- Module: [Online-to-offline measurement](https://venuex.io/platform/offline-conversions).

## Store operations

### Who holds our Google access?

The brand owns its accounts on Google, Apple Maps, Meta and Yandex. VenueX works through group or partner access to those accounts. The accounts stay in the brand's name.

### A store opened. Who adds it to the maps?

VenueX adds it from the brand's store list. The list can come from Excel, the website store locator or a Google Sheet, with store codes. VenueX checks the details, the brand approves the changes, and VenueX publishes them to Google, Apple Maps, Meta and Yandex and shows the status per platform.

### Who catches wrong edits on Google?

Anyone can suggest an edit to a Google Business Profile. The VenueX team reviews suggested edits and alerts on the brand's profiles and rejects the wrong ones. When Google asks for verification, VenueX collects the documents from the brand.

- Reports: direction requests, calls, website clicks, profile views, publish status per platform.
- The brand provides: its own platform accounts with access for VenueX, the official store list with store codes, and approvals.
- Proof: Madame Coco doubled its store count to 800+ stores and manages them on Google, Apple Maps, Meta and Yandex from one place. Direction requests grew 45%, website clicks grew 80% and calls grew 7×. [Read the Madame Coco story](https://venuex.io/success-stories/madame-coco).

## Customer experience

### We have no headcount for replies. What now?

VenueX imports Google reviews for each store. AI sorts them into positive, negative, technical service and staff mentions, or the brand's own topics. A team member opens an AI reply draft in the brand's tone, edits it and approves it. No reply is sent without a person's approval.

### Who sees the angry reviews?

VenueX sets up alert routing with the brand, by email, Microsoft Teams or Slack. Each review goes to its store or region owner, by topic.

### Can store teams reply without seeing ad spend?

Yes. The review responder role can answer reviews. It cannot edit store details or see ad results.

- Reports: reply rate, unanswered reviews, average rating, topics by store and region. Reviews can be exported.
- The brand provides: Google Business Profile access, its tone and approved example replies, and the owner for each store or region.
- Proof: retail audits by VenueX found reply rates of 3 to 15% on Google reviews.
- Module: [Customer feedback](https://venuex.io/platform/reviews).

## E-commerce and omnichannel

### Do you need exact stock counts?

No. In stock or out of stock, per product and store, is enough. The brand decides at which stock level a product counts as out of stock.

### What if our store codes do not match?

During setup, VenueX matches the store codes in the stock file to the store codes on Google Business Profile and Google Merchant Center.

### How do we send stock?

From the ERP or OMS, the website's store stock, click-and-collect data or a Google Sheet, by API, SFTP or file. Daily updates suit most brands. VenueX sends the feed to Google Merchant Center and Meta.

- Reports: products live per platform, rejected and pending items, stores in the feed, time of the last update.
- The brand provides: availability per product and store, a working Merchant Center product feed with variant item IDs, and Google Business Profile linked to Merchant Center.
- Proof: At launch, Boyner connected 126 stores and 208,000+ products to Google local inventory ads and Meta. Offline ROAS was 3× online ROAS. [Read the Boyner story](https://venuex.io/success-stories/boyner).
- Module: [Local inventory](https://venuex.io/platform/local-inventory).

## Management

### What do our ads bring to stores?

The summary shows store revenue the platforms link to the brand's ads next to online revenue and omnichannel ROAS, by region and store, for one platform at a time. Each number is that platform's own result.

### Is this another tool my team must run?

No. VenueX is software and a team. The VenueX team does the daily work: sales uploads, feed fixes, store updates and review reply drafts. The brand's teams approve changes.

### How is VenueX priced?

Pricing is set for each customer by the modules it uses and its number of stores. There is no setup fee.

- Reports: store revenue the platforms link to ads, omnichannel ROAS, results by region and store.
- Proof: Karaca saw 40% higher omnichannel ROAS when store sales were included. Store visits grew 350% (June to August 2025 vs 2024) and direction requests grew 25%. [Read the Karaca story](https://venuex.io/success-stories/karaca).
- Module: [Online-to-offline measurement](https://venuex.io/platform/offline-conversions).

## IT, data and legal

- The brand hashes personal data with SHA-256 before sending it.
- Data arrives by SFTP, API or file. VenueX does not connect to the brand's databases or production systems.
- Access is role-based, and each brand's data is kept separate from other brands.
- VenueX acts as a data processor under KVKK and GDPR.
- Platform accounts are owned by the brand.
- A DPA and security questionnaires are available on request.

## Buying committee

| Role | Who | What they need to hear |
|---|---|---|
| Sponsor | CMO, GM or CEO | A store number the board accepts, with each platform's result shown on its own |
| Champion | The lead who brings VenueX in | One first use case, its owners and one success measure |
| Users | Marketing, store, customer experience and e-commerce teams, and the brand's agency | Less manual work: they approve prepared changes and reply drafts |
| Gatekeepers | IT, CRM, legal and procurement | Narrow data, hashed personal data, and accounts that stay with the brand |

VenueX works alongside the brand's agency. The agency keeps campaign execution.

## Platforms

| Platform | What VenueX manages | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile | Store details, review replies | Reviews are managed on Google only |
| Google Merchant Center | Local inventory feed | Availability per product and store |
| Google Ads | Store sales uploads | Results at campaign level |
| Apple Maps | Store details | |
| Meta | Store details, local inventory, store sales uploads | |
| Yandex | Store details | |
| TikTok | Store sales uploads | Ads only, no store details |

## Not supported

- VenueX does not recommend campaign budgets or bids.
- Ad results are reported at campaign level, not at ad set or ad level.
- Review management covers Google reviews only.
- Automatic sending of AI review replies is not supported.
- TikTok is used for store sales uploads only, not for store details.

## Questions

### Can one team start alone?

Yes. Pricing is set by modules and store count, so a brand can start with one use case and the module it needs.

### How do we start?

With a store audit: a one-page check of the brand's store profiles and reviews. Then the brand and VenueX agree one use case, the owners and one success measure.

### How long does setup take?

It depends on the data and platform access. In the public stories, Karaca connected its store and digital data 3 weeks after kickoff, and Koçtaş in 4 weeks.
