# Agency and technology partners

VenueX works with digital agencies and technology partners that serve multi-location retailers. The agency keeps running the client's campaigns, and VenueX keeps the store data correct and sends store sales to the brand's own Google Ads, Meta and TikTok accounts. VenueX has no formal partner program: there are no partner tiers, benefits or certification, and the working model is agreed for each client.

## Who this page is for

- Digital and media agencies that run Google, Meta or TikTok campaigns for retailers with physical stores.
- Technology companies whose systems hold a retailer's store sales, stock or store list: CRM, POS, ERP, OMS and e-commerce platforms.
- Brands that want to know how VenueX works next to their agency.

## How VenueX works with agencies

VenueX does not replace the agency. The agency keeps the client relationship, the campaigns, the budgets, the bidding, the creative and the media plan. VenueX adds the store layer that store and local campaigns depend on.

| Area | The agency | VenueX |
|---|---|---|
| Campaigns, budgets, bidding, creative | Runs them | Does not run or change them |
| Store details on Google, Apple Maps, Meta and Yandex | Uses them in local and store campaigns | Keeps them correct, with the brand's approval |
| Local inventory on Google and Meta | Uses it in local inventory ads | Sends store stock with the right store codes |
| Store sales | Reads them in Google Ads, Meta and TikTok | Uploads them every day to the brand's ad accounts |
| Reporting | Reports to the client | Shows offline ROAS next to online ROAS |

What this gives the agency:

- Store sales show up as conversions in the brand's own Google Ads, Meta and TikTok accounts, in the reports the agency already uses.
- The client sees what the ads sell in stores, not only online. Campaigns that look weak on online data can show their store effect.
- The agency decides whether and how store sales are used for bidding in each account.

What VenueX asks from the agency:

- Access to the client's ad accounts, approved by the client. On Meta, the connection needs access to the brand's pages, ad account, dataset (pixel) and catalog in Business Manager. The existing website pixel or dataset is used; no new pixel is needed.
- One contact on the agency's media team.
- The agency's decision on how store sales count in bidding.

The data path stays with the brand:

- The brand sends store sales to VenueX directly, by SFTP, API or file. The agency does not need to receive or store the sales file.
- The brand hashes email, phone and name with SHA-256 before sending them. VenueX does not receive raw contact data.
- All platform accounts stay in the brand's name.

VenueX does not run campaigns, change bids or set budgets, and it does not sell campaign or budget recommendations.

## How technology partners integrate

A technology partner's system can send a brand's store data to VenueX. VenueX checks it, matches store codes and sends it to each platform. The brand approves each connection.

| Data | Typical source systems | Main fields | Method | Sent to |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Store sales | POS, CRM | Hashed email, phone and name, sale value, store code, date and time; product lines optional | SFTP, API or file, daily | Google Ads, Meta, TikTok |
| Store stock | ERP, OMS, e-commerce platform | Product ID, store code, in stock or not | SFTP, API, file or Google Sheets | Google, Meta |
| Store details | Store list, ERP, website store locator | Store code, address, hours, phone and other profile fields | Excel file, Google Sheets or the store locator | Google, Apple Maps, Meta, Yandex |

How it works:

- The brand owns the data and the platform accounts, and authorizes every connection.
- VenueX acts as a data processor under KVKK and GDPR. A DPA and security questionnaires are available on request.
- Stock needs only "in stock" or "not in stock" per product and store. Exact counts are not needed.
- Source store IDs often differ from the store codes on the platforms. VenueX maps them.
- Uploads to Google Ads, Meta and TikTok use the platforms' official APIs.
- The brand's system sends data to VenueX. VenueX does not need access to the brand's ERP, CRM or production databases.
- Each brand is isolated from other brands in VenueX, with role-based access.

## Working models

These are the two ways VenueX works with partners today. Commercial terms are agreed case by case and are not published.

### 1. The agency brings the client

The brand signs with VenueX. The agency stays on the account and keeps running the media, and it earns a referral share for the client it brings. VenueX shares findings that affect campaigns with the agency, for example a store profile issue that blocks a local campaign.

### 2. Technology integration

A technology partner's system sends store sales, stock or store details to VenueX for brands that both companies serve. The brand authorizes the connection.

## Partner story: Koçtaş

Koçtaş is a DIY and home improvement retailer with 263 stores in Türkiye. VenueX connected POS sales from all 263 stores, the CRM customer base with hashed identifiers, and store location data, and worked on the Google and Meta campaign data together with Koçtaş's agency, OneIngage. Store sales now go to Google Ads and Meta every day through the official APIs.

- Offline ROAS was 4.6× online ROAS.
- +112% store visits.

## How to start

1. Plan a call. Tell us about your clients or your product.
2. Store audit for one client: a one-page check of the client's store profiles and reviews. The partner gets the audit to share with the client.
3. Agree the working model, then start with one use case.

- Store sales go to Google Ads, Meta and TikTok only. Other ad platforms, such as Snap, are not supported.
- Audiences built from store buyers are not part of the current offer.
- VenueX does not share one brand's data with another brand.

## Questions

### Does VenueX replace our agency?

No. The agency keeps the client, the campaigns and the budget. VenueX adds store data and store sales to the brand's own accounts.

### Does VenueX change bids or budgets?

No. VenueX uploads store sales to the ad accounts. The agency and the brand decide how store sales are used in bidding.

### Is there a partner program with tiers or certification?

No. VenueX has no formal partner program. Agencies that bring a client earn a referral share, agreed case by case.

### Who owns the ad accounts and the data?

The brand. All platform accounts stay in the brand's name, and the brand approves every change and data connection.

### Does the agency need to handle customer data?

No. The brand sends store sales to VenueX directly. The brand hashes email, phone and name with SHA-256 before sending them, so VenueX does not receive raw contact data.

### Can a CRM or POS system send the data instead of the brand's IT team?

Yes, with the brand's approval. The system sends the data by SFTP, API or file, with the fields in the table above.

### How is VenueX priced for an agency's client?

Pricing is set per customer by the modules and the number of stores. There is no setup fee.
